Vision, it looks more like a video game than an actual place, love it.

Originality, can't recall having seen anything quite like this, though to get that last star from me its originality would have to blow my mind just a bit.

Technique, darn good, though the foreground is just a bit too big for it to be out of focus, kinda bugs my eyes a little.

Impact, you are talented, thats for sure. I like the colors. There is lots to look at. An all round good picture!
